Books transferred using KOreader not visible without
I have transferred books wirelessly from calibre to my kobo using the koreader app. However, books transferred this way are only visible within the koreader interface. If I exit koreader and use the un-modded interface I don't see the books.

Is this expected behaviour? I would like to be able to see all my books in either interface.

My guess is that you store your books in the koreader folder and that you during installation added a line to your "Kobo eReader.conf" to exclude hidden folders from the library (like ".adds" where the koreader folder is located.) Simply change the destination folder in settings to somewhere else.

Do the books show if you reboot or connect and eject the device from your pc?

@Mars95 I seem to recall the installer I used for koreader defaults to ignoring hidden folders but I don't think that's the issue. I have created a folder off the root called Calibre and set this as the Calibre Inbox in koreader settings. The folder is not hidden.

Books do not show after a reboot and when not connected to pc.

Your Device block is empty, but you seem to be talking about a Kobo, so: yes, you'll have to force Nickel's hand to update its library without going through an USBMS session.
