[MacOS] libraries disappeared? Directories still there ==> How do I get libs back?

Hi community. I have created several libraries in calibre. I used these for different topics. I would quick switch between them when I wanted to access specific books. This worked great, hover, I have noticed they have now disappeared? I only have one library, the others do not show up under quick switch..? I still have the files within specific directories of calibre... what happened here? How do I get the various libraries back

(Using Latest version of calibre on a Mac)

Just re-link them using Create/Switch: USE EXISTING (on the Library icon menu)

Something may have corrupted the settings (where Calibre stores last used. positions and other stuff and a fresh one was generated.

This worked! Thank you! What is I wanted to shift these to a usb drive? Can I just copy them over?

(remember, you will need to re-link again. )
or use the Move Library on the menu

Caution: Flash drives can fail without any warning. (Spinning disks usually start having issues , giving you a chance to backup or clone.)
