Size of A4 paper? - 219mm??
This is something else that has come out of my PDF conversion work.
The width of an A4 page appears to be 219mm?? Should be 297 x 210. (Haven't checked height) Is that a bug or because mm aren't quite mm-sized? It's over a 4% error which does seem a lot |

Look at the page size in the PDF properties you will find it is 210mm. As for your divs not being the right size, again, the Chrome gods giveth and the chrome gods taketh away.
