AZW3 to EPUB conversion 2 columns
Is there a setting to prevent the conversion from AZW3 to EPUB from creating two columns in one page?

Seeing 2 columns will be a function of the settings in your reading software, not in the conversion. The ePub file has no in-built concept of columns.
