I don't know, since I don't own a GlowLight 3, but in the beta update software I downloaded I see, in the system/etc folder, "ota.conf" – these two lines ...

server=10.192.224.88
port=10888

So, I'm guessing, if you knew how to hack the GlowLight 3 it would support OTA.

Never mind. I got OTA and OTG mixed up. I would delete my post, but I don't think I can.
