Options not kept
Hello Kovid and all the friends

I don't know if it is a bug, but there are many options which are not kept from a session to the next in the conversion pages.

I'm using the last version (3.1.1) in French.

Where are you setting these options?
Calibre saves conversion settings 2 different ways:
1) Preferences. These are the DEFAULTS that will be used for a FIRST TIME conversion per book.

2) Per Book. These are the saved from prior conversion and also the place to OVERRIDE (tweak) the default/prior use. They only apply to THAT BOOK. Changing this does not affect any book that HAS been converted (see note)

NOTE
The conversion screen has a button (tick box for bulk mode) to discard any prior saved settings and use the current DEFAULTS.

If you went BACK to that book, you should see your changes (FWIW they are stored within in the DB)
