If you mean catalogues, they are where you told calibre to put them when you selected a location for the <catalogue name>.<format selected> file (e.g. mylist.csv), you would access them with your file manager. If you checked the Add catalogue to library box, they'll also be in there as new books, if you checked the send to device box I assume they'll be there too.

If you mean via the calibredb --list command, then they'll be where be wherever you directed the output, which you would access with your file manager.

If its neither of those then I'm afraid my mind reading fu is exhausted - did you look in the fridge

the old database in the fridge joke, eh?

I am talking about customized lists that Calibre allowed me to create for some of my titles...such as Books to Read Soon, or Have Read, or Classics...

Do you mean Reading Lists? If so just add its icon to to a toolbar or menu, and use the View list option, you should have been presented with 'a where do you want to put this', dialogue when you added the plugin. Maybe you put it in the book list context - right click - menu Ψ² That's where I have it - but I would put it there wittingly, I don't use tool bars

If you don't mean Reading Lists, then someone else will have to try to intuit what you're referring to.

The only thing I can think of beside Reading Lists would maybe be Virtual Libraries?
