Request: M3 filtered/search view is persistent

Hi Kris,

Would love if M3 persistently still show the filtered / search view (after I enter a keyword) when leaving the book view. The word could still be there on the search textbox.

The logic is I like to refer or look for quotes from a number of books .... and it's kinda cumbersome to type it again to look over the next book.

Thanks for considering and applaud you on a great app.

@pehkay I have it on my to do list (so it is definitely happening) but I don't have a timeline yet. This is what my queue* looks like at the moment (with all the implied suspense):

- Next update: Mostly about one very cool new feature.
- Following update: A highly anticipated addition to Marvin.
- Following update: Massive improvements in EPUB rendering quality.

I'll probably be covering this request after those updates have shipped.

Hi Kris...I'm hoping we get the timer option fix to let us choose the exact time limit while reading. Right now I'm using Due to compensate.

Off-topic for this thread, Spfamy1, but now that you mention timer issues, I do hope we also get the ability to manually pause/unpause a running timer, as I've been requesting for 5 years or so.

Right now (well, for the last 5 years), I'm using the superb Chronology app to compensate. But although it's superb, it's an external app, and I'd happily ditch it for Marvin's internal timer, if only it were finally usable after all these years.
