				Problem with Plugins

			Hi

For no apparent reason my Sigil Plug ins have stopped working. They stop with error message "Ërror Parsing Result XML: Premature end of document" Spoiler:
I have checked that the paths to Python 2.7 and 3.4 are correct in the manager. Could anyone tell me what I need to do to fix the problem. I am running Windows 10 and Sigil version 0.9.0 |

			Hi,

That error comes from the plugin launcher code being unable to find the hunspell.dll where it is looking for it, which should never happen on Windows. Or alternatively it can find the library but its bitness 32 vs 64 does not match that of Sigil. Did you disable the Use Bundled Python on Windows? If so, if you re-enable it, plugins should work again. For external python to work with Sigil, the bitness of any external python and the Sigil app must match. So if you have a 64 bit version of Sigil, you must use a 64 bit version of external python. If you have a 32 bit version of Sigil you must use a 32 bit version of external python or its bundled version. The Bundled Python interpreter automatically meets this criteria. If you have multiple copies of Sigil, you may want to backup and then remove the Sigil.ini file to prevent the bundled path from an old or alternative install being used incorrectly with a newer install. Hope something here helps. KevinH |

I checked and found the "Use Bundled Python" box was not ticked. I do not remember unticking it so I am not sure how it got that way. Anyway
