Delete book from Kindle
If I delete a book off of my Kindle App, will my book still remain in Calibre's library?

As long as you have added it to calibre, why not?
If you mean, delete it using calibre, there should be a confirmation popup when using calibre to delete books from the device. The popup will ask if yo want to delete the book from calibre, the device, or both. |
