managing Kindle newspapers/magazines

I'm on the Kindle now, but I want to start using a Kobo Aura I received as a gift. My main concern is a few Kindle magazines that are not available on Kobo. Can Calibre help me download them on a weekly basis and load them onto my Kobo?

Do you mean calibre's Fetch News feature? Yes, it works with EPUB as well as MOBI.

If you mean purchased newspapers from the Kindle Store, calibre should be able to convert them, but you will need to download them via an officially supported device first.
