I've got my onyx t68 from booxtor and now I have one question: on Oreader, which is, from what I understood, Alreader for this device, how can I disable that horrible header? and generally speaking, how can I get rid of that bar? Last edited by babadockia; 08-06-2014 at 12:33 PM. |

Have you tried the full screen mode ? You can decide what to have on it. To change its settings go in the settings menu, under screen, under Full screen mode. Or you can of course do the changes in the Standard mode too, as you prefer. I then have Short Taps in the center set to switch to Full screen mode Last edited by aceflor; 08-06-2014 at 12:46 PM. |

This is strange. It works for me with Oreader, under Booxtor's FW. I switch to Full Screen Mode and the Header and the Status Line disappear (since I have opted them out in the setting for the full screen mode). I am sorry that I can't help you better. Maybe Booxtor has an explanation (I don't know if his version of Oreader is different from the Lynx one). |

I can do it with onyx reader, but not on oreader. And I am on booxtor onyx. I am talking about that status bar, which is on all android phones, not the header

I've got it right, now. I have no idea what I did, but I did it. One more thing, though: I remember it was an option for kerning on Alreader, but can not find it now. Someone has any idea about it?

Hi everyone! I really like my new T68 and I think oReader is a really good application. However, I haven't been able to find any manual or help for this program. For example it took me a little while to figure out what is the meaning of the small black dot on the reading progress bar. It's the battery level! Nice feature, but it would be great if I can find any description for it. Auto-scrolling is another nice feature, but anybody knows if it is possible to adjust style and speed of scrolling? I know that oReader is based on AIReader and it has these settings, so I assume oReader has it too. But maybe it is hidden? Or there is no menu for it yet? Can somebody suggest me a website where I can find a manual for this great program? Thanks in advance! |

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it seems that Onyx had left out a lot of options from oReader... I downloaded the AIReader and I found the auto-scroll options as you mentioned, but not in the oReader. I can use AIreader instead, but it does not support the backlight adjusting feature of the T68. However, you helped me a lot because next/prev. page button is working as auto-scroll speed adjustment in oReader as well! |

OReader is absolutely briliant. I love it. Especially in terms of UI customisation. However please consider adding these: - PDF support - why there is none??????? - Adnotation viewing - the same way the bookmarks are done - Separate adnotations from just marking the text - I don't want the last one in the adnotation search - Marking with a few shades (e-Readers) or colours to choose from ps. @Mobileread: your image verification sucks as hell! |

I was also pleased to see the AlReader website makes the *.apk available for download, as I removed everything Google from my Onyx Boox reader. | |
