Bought my PSR-500 Used..now I Can't Upload Purchased Books?
I got myself a PSR-500, which I love with what came on it. I bought it used, so it is registered to another user, so I can not upload purchased e-books. Now I have a $10 file for no reason. Can I re-register it?

Yes, you can call Sony support. Tell them you bought it used and they will unregister it from the old owner.

You can find a couple of numbers here, I think someone said one of the two wasn't good any longer but the other was still fine.
