Kindle Touch Bug/Bricked

Hi guys,

first I'm sorry if I'm causing redundancy but I can't find a thread which really covers my problem except an old already closed one https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=166562

I own a Kindle Touch which is out of warranty. I didn't used my Kindle for like a week and yesterday I suddently saw that my Kindle displays this Repair Needed message. I never jailbraked it or did anything special.
Like I read here on the forum I moved a File called DONT_HALT_ON_REPAIR on my Kindle during that short time gap during reboot but it's not working.

Any suggestions what to do?
Amazon support only gave me some offers for refurbished devices.
