I just joined Smashwords as an engineer. So do your worst folks, tell me all the things I should fix/make for you at my new job.

@owly there is definitely interest here at Smashwords in making authors' cover experiences better and more likely to succeed. I'll let you know if/when any of the plans we have become public.
