Purchasing from Kobo using PayPal

I've noticed that when purchasing a book from Kobo using my PC, it will allow the option to use PayPal. On the other hand, if I try to buy directly from my Arc, the option to use PayPal simply isn't there. Curious. What gives with that?

More likely it's just not a part of the Reader system at all for the store. It's the same across all devices. It would be nice, since buying with anything other than Paypal I no longer get receipts.

That's weird about the receipts. I've used both store credit, paypal, and credit cards the last couple of months (most recently this morning with store credit) and I've been emailed a receipt every time.

Ditto, I've always gotten a receipt regardless of payment method.

Lately it's my account glitching. I now can buy books, no receipt unless paid with paypal. Then I have to download the Adobe Ebub book before it's removed like I hadn't ever bought it from Kobo.
