hi all --

I'm in Montana in the US, the state on the northern boundary of the US where the Rocky Mountains run into Canada (a visual image?)

Have been pleased with the books I've bought that are formatted for the reader I am using -- MobiPocket on my Black Berry 8830, or BBeB on the Sony PRS505.

But... not having so much luck getting my guidebooks pdf-ed before we take a trip 2/14 through 3/10 to Scotland and have visions of me lugging a dufflebag full of guidebooks with us... (better than last trip, I took my laptop and the dufflebag of guidbooks, the BB8830 is solving the laptop / email /web access thing.)

good to find a group of dedicated book readers in geek world...
