The Sapphire Desire
Aridia, an ancient desert kingdom, was once rumored to hold a treasure that could grant any wish to one who had possession of it. This treasure was known as the Sapphire Desire. A rival kingdom demanded that Aridia surrendered the Sapphire Desire to them. After refusing to do so, Aridia was engaged in a war again the rival kingdom. The end result was Aridia's destruction. However, the Sapphire Desire could not be found anywhere after the war was over. This caused many people to dismiss the Sapphire Desire as nothing more than a hoax.
Two hundred years passed after the destruction of Aridia. Jordan and Amy, two villagers who reside in a nearby village called Ward, heard the story of the Sapphire Desire and decided to try to find it. With previous "get rich quick" schemes failing them in the past, Jordan and Amy felt that searching for the Sapphire Desire and using the wish on it to become rich would actually work. As they explore the ruined remains of Aridia, however, they find much more than they were looking for. http://www.amazon.com/The-Sapphire-D...dp/B005E4WB6S/ This was my first e-book I ever published. Not many people have read it, but those who have seemed to enjoy the story. |
