Kobo works... before the set up!

Hello everyone,

My Kobo works perfectly before the set up!

I connect it to my computer (Windows 7), download Kobodesktop, complete the 4 steps of the set up, (I precise that the Kobo is fully charged), I eject it, the Kobo updates and restarts but on the charging screen with the white and black squares freezes and there is nothing to do from here. Even if I turn it off and on again I'll go back to that frozen screen.

I tried factory resets, several times, even set up from different computers (with and without books in the library) but it does the same!

It is the 2nd Kobo I have, I had the same issues with the two but I didn't try to do anything with the first one and just exchange it. I hope there is something to do and that I will not return that one too.
