Need help with multiple fields

Hello,

I'm trying to change something in my library:

The ' authors ' field has something like this:

Kathleen Woodiwiss & A. Verbeek

I want everything removed after the ampersand (&) but it is a ' seperation ' of some kind...

Please help

Yes, that means there is more than 1 Author for that title.

I have not ever tried to (deliberately) destroy good data

Are you using the Search and Replace on the Bulk Metadata form
or are you trying to do this with the Add Books Template?

In the Bulk Editor S&R there is a spin box Show 999
That might do what you want.
