Not responding
My KT is less than 2 months old. The screen is maddeningly unresponsive.
Tapping to turn a page and read on works for only a few pages, then either turns the page back, or produces no reaction at all. Swiping works better for page-turning, but cannot be used for making selections from Home, &c. For that purpose, tapping or a sustained touch is necessary, but my screen makes up its own mind to which of those it will respond, or whether to respond at all. I strongly suspect the quality of this product. |

We have 2 and they both work perfectly. You may have defective hardware. If you bought it somewhere you can take it back show them what it is doing and get their opinion. Otherwise contact support.

Could it be messed-up database or invalid book file? Have you tried to reset it to factory defaults, and then re-applying latest update.
Then try with only one book loaded? |
