How to read a 2nd book in a set of 3

I "Purchased" a box set (3 books) of "Anne of Green Gables".
Having read the 1st volume (Anne of Avalea); I cannot see how I can access the other 2 books.
Is there a secret method of access or is there a fault in that only one of the volumns has been downloaded (from the official Kobo site). I did try another download, but no change occured.

My copy of Jo Nesbo's Oslo series (3 books) is like one huge book really. After the first book the second one starts on the next page.

You might want to check this thread (may be relevant, may be not):

[edit]: Also, if you go to the table to contents, does it show all 3 books?

I recently bought the complete works of Conan Doyle.
I started reading the first story a study in scarlet on my kobo touch but finished the story on my android using the kobo app. When I tried to turn the page, a message displays informing me that there was an error and we are working on it please try later!!!!!
This does not happen on the kobo touch. I wonder if the kobo app is bugged!

Thanks for your comments "hpulley"; "mr_nobody" & d.culloch.
I tried to go on a page after reading the last page of the first volumn. No response.
The chaptor page shows only those chaptors applicable for Volumn 1.
I did try the procedure outlined in the thread you suggested "mr_nobody". It did not help.
