So.........you got a new kindle, either as a gift or one you bought yourself. You have questions, lots of them.

Whether you are a complete newbie, or have some ebook reading experience, this is a page you should bookmark.

Scroll down a tad, choose your model, and you will find a page with tons of info, FAQ's, and especially, that "contact us" button.

Should you have questions you can't find answers to in your user guide, or help with here, call Kindle CS!

Just click on the "contact us" button,, sign into your account, and choose the 'call me' option.

Enter your phone number, and someone will call you back almost immediately.

If you are outside the US, or don't wish to call, you can choose the "email" option. Either way, you are getting help from a Kindle specialist........
