			Complaints about Kobo's customer service (or lack thereof) showed up on Global Edmonton's news tonight. Video here: http://www.globaltvedmonton.com/vide...rouble+shooter And Kobo posted this on their blog: http://blog.kobobooks.com/an-update-for-our-customers/ I have a ticket with them right now, and it's taken just over 2 weeks for them to reply and tell me that they are pushing my case to Tier 2. |
