Field "author(s)" vanishes when attached to reader

Using calibre 0.8.17, I attached my PRS600 to download some files and saw suddenly a strange phenomen: for every entry, present on the e-reader as indicated by "On device", the value of field "Author(s)" was now gone.

Selecting such an entry did show highlighted the value again. Disconnecting the e-reader, and the author(s) field value re-appeared.

To be sure, I upgraded to calibre 0.8.20 and retested. Same behavior.

Not a real problem, but certainly strange behaviour.

To my surprise, yes I have, for fields "on device" and "authors". A left over from expermenting with coloring in the past. When on-device true, authors to aliceblue. That color is hardly visible, therefor my mistake.

Please ignore my stupidity.
