What do think, both sides in color?

Primary cons:
- heavy
- huge
- expensive ($1000?)
- backlit LCD.

The last point is the most poignant. Find an unprotected PDF and open it on your eDGe on the eInk side and on the LCD side (using PDF-to-Go). You'll find your eyes bleeding after a few minutes on the LCD

The Kindle for Android reader works on the eDGe, too, so you can also compare reading an eBook directly. Even with a sepia background, and the brightness reduced, an LCD screen just isn't a good reading screen.

Better yet, the eDGE actually exists and is on the market. I was unable to determine the current status of the Kno. Can it actually be bought yet? As for reading on LCD screens, I would just point out that there is considerable individual variation in the annoyance level. I have read many pages on the iPad with little or no trouble. Of course, the iPad's scree technology is somewhat different from a regular LCD.
