Do I need to encode anchorr hashes (#) within Mobi and OPF files?
Hi guys,
Does anyone know about this? Do I have to encode anchor hashes into %23? The example OPF file in the KindleGen Zip shows an encoded hash, but I've seen unofficial examples of htm, mobi, and OPF that do not have hashes. All my hashes in my htm and OPF and NCX files are all unencoded. Example: book.htm#chapterone Any help would be great

I don't think it matters either way. Mobi Creator will convert hashes in the OPF file into "%23", but it works fine with "#".

Thanks HarryT. I might just leave my hashes alone.
