Four Games, Four Worlds
When you launch SUPER WHY!, you're presented with a menu of four games: Super Why's Story Saver, Princess Presto's Wands Up Writing, Wonder Red's Rhyming Time, and Alpha Pig's Lickety Letter Hunt. It's easy to exit from each game and start another one at any time. Clearly written rules are available from the main screen. For an added challenge, combine all four games in "Play All" mode by selecting the SUPER WHY! book.

looks like an interesting reading tool for kiddies but need sources to download
files

I suspect that means the space that it will use once you run it, in addition to what is listed for the app size on the product page.

also what format does this app.use,hence my need to know
where can I download the files needed

I have no idea -- if you grabbed the app while it was free, I'd suggest just starting it up to see what it does. Any downloading it needs will, no doubt, be done for you automatically (and anything it does download is, no doubt, not accessible without the app).
