Book Designer Question
I'm sure that there is a simple answer to this somewhere obvious in the documentation but I'm tired and have not found it. Your patience and help would be greatly appreciated.
Yesterday I pressed something in Book Designer. The icons on the top went away and the program went into some kind of reading mode with a reading bar on the bottom. I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling and the program stays in this buttonless reading mode. How do I get it back to its initial stage? Thanks.

Right click anywhere in the window and select "Editor Mode" from the popup menu. You're right - it's far from obvious
 .
