Database problem when resending books to Kindle on 0.7.48

Calibre 0.7.48

I installed this yesterday and proceeded to import books from ones I had downloaded from other than Kindle (.mobi files). No Problem.

I then went to upload books from my Kindle to Calibre to tidy them up in metadata like I usually do and it did not import them. Came up with message :

calibre, version 0.7.48
ERROR: Unhandled exception: DatabaseException:unable to open database file
