list problem when converting epub to mobi (using calibre)

hello.

when i convert epub file to mobi for kindle.
There is some list problem.

if there is like this list sentence.

1. ABC
2. EFG
3. HIJ

* ABC
* EFG
* HIJ

that viewing changed in kindle. that is

1.
    ABC
2.
    EFG
3. 
    HIJ

*
   ABC
*
   EFG
*
  HIJ

.. :-(

How can I fix these problem?
