Finereader questions

I'm digitizing my first document, and I have some questions. Finereader is flagging lots of commas, quotes, em dashes, and questioning the spelling of every word that is hyphenated (and broken) at a line end. (It doesn't seem able to match words that are hyphenated at a line end with the dictionary.) Is there any way to modify the error flagging to ignore these punctuation situations and to get it to recognized hyphenated words?

update: I realized I was using an older version, and after updating to the newest version most of these issues went away.
