Just a bad joke ??? "IREX Technoligies is no longer trading and ..."

When surfing to any site by iRex (like www.irexnet.com/) you get the following notice:

As publicly announced, IREX Technoligies is no longer trading and this website has been permanently closed.

At the bottom there are two links:

„Download the latest version of the DR800 software here“

„Download the latest version of the DR1000 software here“

Is this a bad joke - or did I miss something ?????

No. Irex reached bankruptcy in July, and has been shutdown.

The company restarted in September as IRX, but they have chosen to focus entirely on Enterprise solutions, so we don't expect them to actually release any other commercial readers.
