Accessing available networks kindle 3

311 on the settings menu would display all available networks, but that doesn't work on the k3. Vodafone is the worst provider possible in Australia but telstra is pretty good. I am using telstra now on my iPad in country Australia, but of course nothing from vodafone. Does anyone know the number I need for the k3 pretty please?
