				Outdoors or indoors?

I am going to attach a screen shield (protector?) to my K3. I bought a set of 3 for my K2i and thus have two left. This time of the year the sun is lower in the sky and the rays coming through my window reveals a surprising amount of dust particles in the air, so when attaching the shield I assume I will also attach a whole bunch of dust particles. Then again, their might be just as many particles flying around outdoors, you just can't see them since they are shone on with the kind of focus a window clearly (yeah, a little pun there) provides. Is it better to attach these things indoors or outdoors? |

I don't know about the Kindle specifically, because I don't use a screen protector on it, but when I apply a screen protector on anything I always close all the doors and windows, and leave it that way for a few minutes so that all dust settles before I do anything. I never did it outdoors, but I assume it would be a bad idea, because you lack any control at all over the particles. |
