Not that I know of. If you already use one, it should be OK. When people ask for instructions, Memory Upgrade Mod Guide. That has a link to one. The link is out of date, but, gets you to the right site. I have used that a couple of times.

@gnoskcoy: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

But, have you done a manual factory reset?

You are right, i'm unable to activate a private messaging function. have emailed to the administrator for request.

I've tried all that i could. But the screen is just a blank white sheet now despite trying all the methods listed=(
