Hi everyone,

My KOBO GLO N613 is freezed on the white screen and would hear of not reset.
I've read that I need an SD card image.
Would someone be so kind as to send one to me ?

And just to be sure, the serail numbe is the one under the kobo which is labelled FCC ID ?

I have a PM with the link. For the serial number, I don't remember if it is printed on the case. I can't read the end of my Glo to see. I take a copy of the "version" files from the devices so that I have the serial number.
