That isn't the case. If you look, most of the requests in this thread are from accounts created and used purely to make the request. It is more likely that you haven't done some sort of confirmation to activate the account.

Need kobo Image
My Kobo glo is always frozen after I charge it ( everytime).
I have update many firmware but it is not effort.
So I want to try your image file.
Could you- Mr. davidfor send me kobo glo img or have any advice for me

Have you tried a factory reset? This can solve some strange problems like this, and it's a lot easier than opening the device.

I have already tried Factory reset many times but it still happens.
Now I use your image it works well, but charging could not get 100% at all ( just 96%). Anyway, I am happy with that.
