Mine is a Kobo Glo and it's someway bricked, as a last try I would like to see if an sd card restore will fix it... |

My Kobo Glo froze during a reset and doesn't do anythinge else now.
I'd greatly appreciate the image to try to revive the SD crd. TIA |

Hello all, it seems that my Kobo Glo as issue with the SD (not anymore recognize by PC do i guess it is corrupt) I really appreciate if you can send the image to replace it.

If that is the case, there is a couple of extra updates in the released in the last few days fixes this. If it is running and you aren't using Windows 10, reboot both the PC and the device, check different USB port and cable. And maybe another PC. After that do a factory reset. If it isn't running, you should still try a factory reset. If that doesn't work then the image usually helps. |

I was thinking the same: - books problems: i normally use calibre to manage and i have no issue with the books on the second Kobo (Glo HD) i use. Anyway now i did the hard reset the kobo is empty and there is not connection yet. - database issue: with hard reset you need to recreate it but the problem still persist. One hour ago, during another attempt for a moment the PC saw the Kobo and i was able to see the contemt of the sd with the pc (on my pc it is drive F ![]() Cix |

David, just install the new Win10 updating KB3176936 and KB3176934 and now the Kobo is back again.
You was right on your first post. I don't like how win10 manage the updating. Too automatic for my preference. I definitely prefer more control. Happy all is now ok. Thank you so much for your support! Cix |

Constant crashes, lost imagefile
Could you please send met the link to the image once more? I've recieved some year ago but due to a computercrash I have lost it. Want to refresh my SD card because of fequent crashes and spontanic reboots of Kobo GLO.
