Device: Shocked by how much I've read on an iPod Touch received as a gift!
I received one of the random 10% discounts like the OP (Dr. Drib) and I've been looking for two days and can't find anything they have that I want to read that's in a format I want. Surfing for books is normally fun, but Fictionwise has the WORST search/sort capability. I know building a good web presence is difficult and expensive, but right now I surf for books at Amazon or B&N and then comparison shop at Fictionwise and others to find the format and price.

FW does seem to be going downhill -
I've waited over 5 days since my first email to them, and 2 since I used their on-site message option ... I received an automated acknowledgement and ticket number, so I know my query should have been dealt with ... and the deadline has now passed....
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement....

I do know about that site and even recommended it here somewhere in this forum. My problem is that I parked $25 in the Fictionwise micropay account and so I want to find something there at FW to buy, but when I find something I want, they don't have it in a format I'm willing to spend part of that $25 on.

From what I can tell, they no longer respond to emails - the support ticket form seems to be the only way to get through. I waited over 2 weeks for an email response before responding to a ticket with another ticket - and got a response the next day.

It wasn't the most useful response - but it was a response.
