Guangxi Mao Feng, a Chinese Black tea from Macha Tea Company. Good, not outstanding, but a solid black. It does not have the definitive taste like a Keemun of a Lapsong but it is a nice tea.

I can't wait to try the Pu erhs but they sent a note saying that you should let them breath for a week before you consume them and I am trying to be good. I have plenty of other new teas to try but I wanna try to Pu erhs.

And I'm very impressed that Stitchawl managed to come out of such a high class competition with two medals. Giving people 25 years and still getting a medal is amazing. (He got the bronze in the 40+ and 50+ competitions, being 69 himself!)

Lion Mountain Keemun while I settle in for a day of curling. The first of the Grand Slam curling spiels are this week in Paradise, Newfoundland, just outside of St. John's. (I know, ridiculously early, but this is a new event and they needed to find a time for it that didn't conflict with other events. )
