I should probably start a new thread for this, but perhaps you could tell me how easy it would be to link this fullscreen toggle to long-press of the "back"-button (since long-press of the "select"-button already toggles the screen light, so there is no need for long-pressing the "back"-botton to do the same...)

is there a valid link to the app wrote by Afainber? Last one is expired.
I remember it was more simple and effective than QuickFullScreen,
allowing to get rid of the statusbar everywhere in the reader.

I personally don't think it's more effective than QuickFullScreen, but here it is nevertheless.
