Hot. 3 days in the 30's in a row. Spring has finally exploded, in the train, metro, streets, going in getting out a triumph of bad taste in clothing, shoeing, displaying improbable nakednesses.

Well - a fine NC tradition has rolled in again.

Every year on Memorial Day, no matter what kind of weather we've been having, the weather instantly becomes: temps in the 90's F with humidity levels 90% and above. It will now remain this way until Labor Day.

Grey and cold here today, and if the forecast is to be believed, more of the same tomorrow, then sunny until and including the week-end. I hope the weatherpeople don't change their mind, this kind of forecast has a tendency to evaporate as the weekend grows near
