@ Katti: your menu is not only faboulus item by item, but so well structured. Start light with the fish, load up and up and up, and then light again with the tiny beets, so happy to end up in the borsh. (with sour cream?)

It feels sooooo good to have a book finished enough to send out to beta readers... ahhhh. I'll probably start writing the next tomorrow, but tonight i CHILL!
