. "good" is an irregular adjective - its comparative and superlative forms are "better" and "best".

What about offering both? Or setting up an omnibus section - and see how many downloads you get? That way readers could select the option best suited to their individual ereader?

I prefer individual books in paper format, as anyone who might have tried to read a dictionary-sized collection of Sherlock Holmes stories might agree with. As far as ebooks go, I would much prefer a well formatted omnibus (a la HarryT) over a collection of poorly formatted individual ebooks.

Oh, and, I just remembered; if you have a series of books in an omnibus edition, it's easier to keep track of which book is where in the series than with single books. Last edited by Bilbo1967; 05-14-2010 at 03:08 PM.

I like Harry's omnibuses of about a half-dozen, but I found that the Oz omnibus (Was that yours, Ralph? Maybe Nate's?) of 14 books with illustrations was too big for my jetBook Lite. But all that I like have been novels, and in order of publication. I would not want an omnibus which had the books out of order. |
