My Honda Civic doesn't have a snow plow (a rant)

I bought a Honda Civic .... and it doesn't have a snow plow. 75% of the snow I remove needs my car to have a snow plow. I cannot believe that Honda didn't include a snow plow on the Honda Civic. How could I possibly be expected to know this?

And not only that....there's no place to play my albums. Not cd's -- my music collection is still in vinyl and I'm really bugged that my Honda's stereo isn't compatible.

Oh, and another thing. The car doesn't fit into the bike rack at college. How is anyone supposed to park one of these things?

I wasn't aiming for originality. I'm continuing in the fine tradition of lampooning the RIDICULOUS posts some people put out.

I foresee a continuiing series of "My Honda Civic" threads. This particular one lampoons those who want to bitch that their iPad doesn't do what they KNEW it wasn't going to do when they bought it.

Or that the were truly clueless as to not do ANY sort of research before buying something.

Oh, OK. How about;

I won't be getting a Honda Civic. I have just found out that it won't turn left. Approximately 75% of the routes I regularly drive involve a left turn. Also, they appear to have forgotten to put a filler cap in. There's no way of putting fuel in it without some kind of wireless fuel transfer device. As if that wasn't annoying enough, every time I turn the headlights on the radio turns off. It's almost like it can't do two things at once. And this from something advertised as the "Ultimate driving experience"!

Geez, lee..., calm down.

Most people don't understand clearly what's in the loan documents they sign when buying a house, you want them to spend time researching the iPad.

Most have seen it on the news or in the ads, advertised as "The best way to experience the web, email, photos and videos. Hands down." Then they walk into the store, play with it for 5 minutes and pull out their credit card.

It's a $500 product, for god's sake! Can someone make a complaint, without having the religious police drag them out for public flogging and banishment...?

Actually I think this forum should have a warning "do not post unless you have read every piece of literature about every product and have a degree in computing".
God forbid someone from posting and actually expecting some info without being called stupid

I agree fully to call someone stupid if he isn't fully informed about a disruptive device like the ipad is very ignorant. Everybody has made a mispurchase before, mine speaking of ereaders has been an eink device (bebook). I don't like the so called dedicated ereaders at all with their low contrast green muddy displays and their sluggish response. I could have been informed better, but there were so many people in this forum enthusiastic about eink that ordered the bebook right away. After a while i recognized that i liked reading on the iphone with stanza much more, and i'm looking eagerly forward to the ipad in europe. This doesn't mean that criticism of the ipad isn't appreciated, it's quite the opposite. (e.g. the very interesting gizmodo article about ibooks and amazon kindle)
So let's stay polite, i'm looking forward to many controversial threads.

The pills might be working..., based on some of your comments, one can easily assume that you have already entered your second childhood. :

(kidding, just kidding here )

I don't believe anybody that can know "75% of web video if flashed based" -- can know that Apple has a brand new product -- and NOT know the iPad doesn't run flash.

There is just NOWHERE to learn the former without learning the latter.

I don't buy into your claimed "newbieness"

I'm not the one who KNEW that 75% of the web video was flashed base -- KNEW the iPad did not run flash -- bought the iPad anyway -- and THEN decided "hey, I'm unhappy that my new expensive toy doesn't do what I knew it wouldn't".

Honda Civic posts are fine, but please post them to the lounge as they have nothing to do with the ipad

Oops I just saw JSWolf posted this in other thread. So much for originality ...
