Epub, pdf yes, both have TTS.
Mobi, no.
RTF opened by Coolreader, no.
TXT, yes (not opened by Coolreader)

any other format, I don't know as I don't use them

Add HTML, PalmDOC, Wol (if not an image), Lit, DOC
Basically all support TTS except the MOBI and Cool Reader software. The only exceptions are things that are images such as some PDFs, some WOLF, and DJVU.
