I did some quick checks on a few websites and came up with 19 February as Batman's (Bruce Wayne's) date of birth although it is possible that this is wrong. However, there are certain factors to take into consideration:

- There have been several characters who have been Batman for an extended period of time:

In addition, there are many other versions of Batman on many different versions of Earth. On one Earth, Bruce Wayne became a Green Lantern instead of Batman, while on another Batman is a vampire.

Sorry for confusing things. Unfortunately, when it comes to comic books often a question that should be simple to answer ends up being very complicated. Often two (or more) contradictory answers have been correct even when involving the same version of the character.
