I believe that Zelda expects to be in hospital for two days.
So we may not hear from her until Friday. Even then, she may well need a good long rest to recuprate from all the stress.

okay, i'm back. the operation went perfectly, according to the surgeon, now i just have to get through the convalescence. i'm counting on lots of ice packs and sleep for that.

so i'm just checking in but i might not be around too much for a while still... i'm quite woozy and tired. and i'm wondering if it's time for another pain pill.

yes, that's exactly what i need. no worries, i've got some friends who will be looking in on me. i have to say, i didn't love being in the clinic (first time) but i think i could get used to the part where somebody else takes care of remembering the medecine and doing the cooking and taking away the dishes...

funny, they didn't give me jello once. i did get a lot of yoghurt, compote, and purée though. in fact that's pretty much all i got.

I hope they did't #%$@-up your circadian rhythm while in the hospital so that you're always getting up at that freakishly early hour.

We want you back on Pinwheel time.

This ice might help the pain.
