I'm thinking it will be lower- $449 probably- but I'd certainly like to push that down to as close to $399 as possible.

I'm sorry i don't know yet. It's possible and it seems to me DJVU is the one format requested the most when not included. |

I'm really interested in this Dittobook D9 for reading technical PDFs. Whoever gets his hands on it first, please test a couple of PDFs with graphics, tables, etc, and post what you think. Thanks.

that's the price tag which has recently appeared on the Dittobook's website.

They seem to be slowly adding some content. There are non-working links to manuals and forums. I wonder how good the devices really are, given they were announced over 1 year ago.

That is great news. I will definitely keep an eye on this one. Does anyone know if the D9 supports zooming of PDF like the eDGe?

Great. Thanks. I will definitely be adding this one to my list. Considering the current choices for large screen e-readers, this one seems like it will work better than the Kindle DX for what I need.

Currently our software can zoom in on PDFs as well as "reflow" the text. We still need to polish that up a little bit more, but it's there. I'm not sure what the eDGe reader is like, so I can't comment if it's similar.
